Information on the results of the Annual General Meeting 2018
LION E-Mobility AG would like to thank the investors who attended the Annual General Meeting on June 29, 2018.
Shareholders with shares totalling more than 45% were present or represented at the Annual General Meeting this year. The large number of shares represented was very positive due to many important decisions.
Mr. Tobias Mayer, Member of the Board of Directors since 2014, CTO of LION Smart GmbH and founding member, was elected as the new President of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Michael Geppert, Member of the Board of Directors since January 2018 and founding member was reconfirmed by the Board of Directors. Mr. Martin Specht, Member of the Board of Directors since June 2014, was also reconfirmed. Mr. Martin Specht is founder of HS Technik und Design GmbH and HS Products AG, as well as former Vice President of Advanced Technologies and Managing Director of Key Safety Systems Deutschland GmbH (KSS). He has many years of experience as head of development in vehicle safety and has successfully developed and applied more than 100 national and international patents.
LION E-Mobility AG is particularly pleased to welcome two new members on the Board of Directors:
Mr. Roland Bopp, former Chairman, President & CEO of Deutsche Telekom Inc. New York, formerly responsible for the Mannesmann Group in North America and now responsible for LION E-Mobility North America Inc. since 2017, was newly elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Alessio Basteri, founding partner and CEO at Acquarius Advisory SAGL, was also newly elected to the Board of Directors.
Acquarius Advisory SAGL is a Swiss corporate finance advisory company based in Lugano with a special focus on Electric Vehicle sector and advance tech companies. As Founding partner of Acquarius Advisory SAGL, Alessio Basteri has been involved in cross border transactions in the EV Sector in Europe and Asia.
The company is pleased that the reorientation of the lead management team was supported and confirmed by the shareholders.
We thank Daniel Quinger, Hany Magour and Isolde Semm, former members of the Board of Directors, and wish them the best for the future.
